Rodney V. Noles

Rod Noles began his career in 1971, upon graduation from Louisiana Technical Institute, as an agent for Stephens Realty.

Rod was the former owner and sponsoring broker for Noles-Frye Realty, Inc., in Alexandria, Louisiana. In December of 2009, he sold this company to Latter & Blum, and he is now an associate broker with Latter & Blum and owner of Rod Noles Property Management, Inc.

Rod is a senior instructor for CCIM and also has the CPM (Certified Property Management), CRE (Counselor of Real Estate), and GRI (Graduate Realtor's Institute) designations. He is the only person in Louisiana to serve on all of the following real estate related boards and commissions:

Louisiana Real Estate Commission (1981)
Louisiana Mineral Board (1988)
Louisiana Tax Commission (1989)
Louisiana Board of Commerce and Industry (2002)
Louisiana Real Estate Commission (2011)

Rod is married to Marilyn Bruyninckx from Alexandria. They have a son, Jeff Noles, of Rayville, Louisiana, a daughter, Jenni Lane Hart of New Orleans, Louisiana, and their only grandson, Noles Douglas Hart.
