Frank Trapani

Frank Trapani has a 32-year track record of
professional experience in the real estate industry,
spanning residential, commercial sales and
management. He attended Southeastern Louisiana
University in Hammond and Loyola University in New
Orleans. In addition to his broker license, he is
certified as a real estate instructor by the
Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
Commissioner Trapani was appointed to the Commission in
2006, and he is currently serving as the 2011
chairperson. He holds the ABRM, CRB, CRS, CSP,
e-PRO, GREEN, GRI, MGRI, and SRS designations,
and he has served in many leadership capacities on
the local, state and national levels. Currently, he
is a National Association of Realtors Director and
participates on several committees, including the
Convention Host Committee and Finance Committee. He
has served as Secretary, Treasurer, President-elect
and President of the New Orleans Metropolitan
Association of Realtors; twice as President of the
Saints Board of Realtors. For a minimum of six
years, Commissioner Trapani has served as a Director
of Louisiana Realtors, including several committees
and task forces. He is currently serving as 2011
Regional VP for Louisiana Realtors.
Locally, Commissioner Trapani serves on the Jefferson
Parish Economic Development Commission and on the
Kenner Economic Development Committee. He holds
memberships in the Jefferson Chamber, River Parish
Chamber, St. Charles Parish Business Association,
and Home Builders Association.
Commissioner Trapani's knowledge, combined with
commonsense, has been the basis for his success. He
strives to keep abreast of the current real estate
market and to build positive relationships between
the public and the agents.
