  Initial application for a real estate school certificate of authority
   

• Real Estate School Surety Bond
  
  Mandated $10,000 Surety Bond required to offer continuing education and/or post licensing courses
   

• Real Estate Education Vendor Application
  
  Initial application for approval to offer continuing education and/or post licensing educational courses
   

• Real Estate Course Approval Application (NEW)
  
  Application for use by educational entities or individuals to apply for approval of a real estate course for continuing or post licensing credit. 

• LREC CE Course Approval Guidelines (NEW)
  
  This guideline is provided to supplement the Commission’s rules concerning course subject matter and criteria for course approval. It is not, nor is it intended to be, a replacement or substitute for the Commission’s Rules & Regulations. All Education Vendors are responsible for reading the applicable rules (Chapter 55) thoroughly before attempting to use the information in this booklet.

  Initial application to become a state certified real estate instructor

Course Reporting Forms for Real Estate Schools & Education Vendors

The following forms are Adobe PDF fill-in forms. Please note that fill-in forms cannot be saved using Adobe Acrobat Reader only. To maintain a record, please print prior to submission.

• RF-1 Form: Pre-licensing
  State certified real estate schools must use this form to report pre-licensing class schedules to LREC.
   

• RF-2 Form: Pre-licensing
  State certified real estate schools must use this form to report names of students successfully completing pre-licensing courses.
   

• RF-3 Form: Continuing Education
  Approved education vendors must submit this form to report continuing education class schedules.
   

• RF-4 Form: Continuing Education
  Approved education vendors must submit this form to report names of attendees at continuing education courses. 
   

• PL-1 Form: Post-licensing
  Approved education vendors must submit this form to report post-licensing class schedules.
   

• PL-2 Form: Post-licensing
  Approved education vendors must submit this form to report names of attendees at post licensing courses.
