   RENEW ONLINE

To expedite the processing of your renewal application and the issuance of your 2012 license, certificate, or registration, it is highly recommended that you take advantage of the online renewal process, which is fast, easy, and secure. Remember, too, that there are no convenience fees added for using your debit or credit card!

Please note that you will need your LREC-assigned user id and password to renew online.

   PAPER SUBMISSIONS

As an added incentive for renewing online, the procedure for paper submissions now requires a $10.00 processing fee for paper management.  This fee is in addition to any renewal processing fees that may be assessed.

While online renewal is the preferred and recommended method for license renewal, it is not a requirement.

Click here to print your renewal form for paper submission via the U.S. Post Office or hand delivery. This will direct you to the Licensee Search page. After completing the search for your license record, click on your name. When your license information appears, go to the Print Renewal link.

DELINQUENT RENEWAL (AFTER DECEMBER 31, 2011)

If your license renewal for 2012 is completed after December 31, 2011, you must complete a Delinquent License Renewal Declaration and Acknowledgement (Delinquent Affidavit). This document must be notarized and submitted to the LREC office before your renewal is processed and your licensed is issued.

The final deadline for delinquent renewal is March 31, 2012. After this deadline, you must apply as an initial applicant, if you wish to continue in the licensed status. This is a matter of law and cannot be waived by the LREC.

Click here to print your Delinquent Affidavit. This will direct you to the Licensee Search page. After completing the search for your license record, click on your name. When your license information appears, go to the Print Delinquent Affidavit link.
